Periodic Inspection Report

As part of our Periodic Inspection and Testing Service we offer a Periodic Inspection of landlords properties also known as a Landlords Report. This is a Periodic Inspection that checks the electrical safety of a property ensuring that obligations under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 towards electricity supplies are met.

What the Report Shows

The Periodic Inspection Report identifies the following characteristics:

defective electrical work

overloads in the electrical circuits/ equipment

problems or lack of earthing/ bonding

deterioration of concealed wiring

fire hazards/ electric shock risks

The inspection will be carried out to the requirements of BS7671 Requirements for Electrical Installations.
